    1. Delivery Zones & Timelines

    We dispatch all medical and dental orders from our central logistics hub in Nairobi.

    • Nairobi Metropolitan: Complimentary (Free Delivery) within the same day.
    • Upcountry Kenya: Rates calculated dynamically by weight and volume. Delivered within 48 hours.
    • Regional East Africa: Cross-border exports (Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan) handled via specialized transit partners. Delivered within 5 to 10 business days.

    2. Cold Chain & Hazardous Handling

    • Clinical Integrity: Temperature-sensitive materials, biologics, and hazardous chemicals require specialized handling. That is our responsibility while on transit to your facility
    • Surcharges: Orders requiring strict cold chain preservation or chemical containment will incur a handling surcharge, clearly indicated on your invoice.

    3. Equipment Installation & Turnkey Handover

    • Heavy Assets: Dental chairs, digital imaging units, and CAD/CAM systems are delivered in the presence of our certified factory-trained biomedical engineers.
    • Client Obligation: The customer must ensure the site meets pre-installation utility and regulatory compliance requirements before delivery.
    • Sign-OT: Delivery is finalized only after successful on-site diagnostic testing, training, commisioning and technical engineering handover.

    4. Dispatch & Inspection Rules

    • Payment Clearance: Goods are released only upon verified payment (M-Pesa, EFT) or via active, pre-approved institutional credit windows
    • Mandatory Inspection: Shortages, package damage, or discrepancies must be noted on the Delivery Note and reported within 24 hours to protect your exchange rights.
